1. I'm wearing size 4, what size should I order?
Our design is a bit oversized, if you're wearing US size 4-6, you should choose size S. Please check each product description for details.

3. What is the return procedure?

4. How long will standard shipping take?
Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in China. It usually takes 1-2 business days to proceed the order, and we use Fedex International to ship which will take up to 5 days to arrive your address. We will provide tracking ID to locate your shipment.
5. Can I return a Sale product?
All items marked with "Sale" are not eligible for return.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept all international orders and provide free shipping for all orders over $99 worldwide.
7. How do I know my order status?
An email address or phone number is required to place your order. We will email/text your order confirmation once your order is placed. A notification will be sent once your package is delivered, and you can check tracking ID to locate your shipment.
8. I liked one Carmine Wool Coat but it is out of stock, when will it become available again?
It depends on our production plan, you can email us at email@example.com to check the status. If we are able to replenish the inventory, we will notify you.
